She also attended to my needs by checking with the team in bali with every change i made at the last minute. Wonderful organizing and hotels , most of all it was hazzle free for a best price . I experienced issue while contacting the drivers assigned. Agent shared a number of the driver but then that person always was an agent who gave us the number other sub-agent who eventually connected us with the driver. This was really tiresome.
